A Preliminary Study on the Optimization of Vessel Berthing Priority

본 연구의 목적은 항만에서 VTS가 교통관리를 하는 상황에서 다수의 선박이 동시에 입항하는 경우 객관적인고 정량적인 Delphi-AHP 분석을 통한 선박입항 우선순위 최적화에 관한 기초연구를 수행하는 것이다. 개개인의 경험에 의존하는 현재의 입항선박 우선순위 부여방식에서 정량적 요소를 반영한 효율적인 선박 입항 우선순위 지정방법 및 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a preliminary investstigation into the optimization of vessel berthing priority using an objective and quantitative Delphi-AHP analysis, particularly in situations where multiple vessels arrive simultaneously and the VTS(Vessel Traffic Service) is managing maritime traffic within the port. This study aims to propose an efficient method anf management approach for assigning vessel berthing priorities by incorporating quantitative factors, moving away from the current practice that relies heavily on individual experience.
