This study focuses on the enhancement of Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) performance using NdFeB/PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate) composites and external magnetic fields. NdFeB particles were incorporated into a PMMA matrix at varying concentrations (5 wt%, 10 wt%, 20 wt%), with 5 wt% showing the best dispersion and highest output performance (230 V, 54 μA, 62 μC/m²). External magnetic fields (0.3 T) further improved the output by 1.6 times through particle magnetization, with optimal results at a 90° field alignment. The TENG successfully powered 180 LEDs, demonstrating its potential as an efficient energy harvester. This work highlights the role of ferromagnetic materials and magnetization in advancing TENG technology.
