웹드라마 선택요인과 지속시청의도 간의 관계분석 연구

A Study on the Relationship between Web Drama Selection Factors and Continuous Viewing Intention

본 연구에서는 웹드라마를 시청하는 이용자가 해당 웹드라마를 선택하는 요인과 만족도 및 지속사용의도 간의 관계가 어떻게 형성되는지를 논의하고자 한다. 연구결과, 첫째, 웹드라마 선택요인 중 경제성은 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으며, 둘째, 웹드라마의 선택요인 중 접근 용이성과 만족도는 인과관계가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 오락성은 이용자의 태도 요인인 만족도에 영향을 끼치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, 웹드라마의 흥미성 요인은 웹드라마 이용자의 만족을 충족시켜주는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 웹드라마에 출연하는 배우에 대한 선호도가 시청 만족을 높여주는 것으로 파악되었다. 더불어 본 연구에서 도출한 웹드라마 선택요인으로 인한 시청 만족은 지속시청의도에 영향을 미침으로써 웹드라마의 지속성을 확보하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 웹드라마 기획, 제작 및 산업 생태계 형성에 있어서 시사점과 실무적 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대되며 웹드라마 제작 방향과 이용자 분석이 중요함을 강조하는 의미성을 지니고 있는 것이다.

This study aims to discuss how the relationship between the factors that users who watch web dramas choose, satisfaction, and continuous use intention is formed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that economics among the factors of web drama selection had an effect on satisfaction, and second, accessibility and satisfaction among the factors of web drama selection had no causal relationship. Third, entertainment was found to have no effect on satisfaction, which is the user's attitude factor, and fourth, the interest factor of web drama was found to satisfy the satisfaction of web drama users. Fifth, it was found that the preference for actors appearing in web dramas increases viewing satisfaction. In addition, it was analyzed that viewing satisfaction due to the web drama selection factor derived in this study has an effect on the intention to continue viewing, thereby securing the continuity of web dramas. The results of this study are expected to provide implications and practical basic data for future web drama planning, production, and industrial ecosystem formation, and have the meaning of emphasizing the importance of web drama production direction and user analysis.
