일러스트레이터 콘텐츠 제작 환경에서의 생성형 AI 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Impact of Generative AI in an illustrator content production environment

본 연구에서는 일러스트레이터가 콘텐츠 제작환경에서 인지하고 있는 생성형 AI의 불안감과 친숙성을 일러스트레이터가 지니고 있는 역할 스트레스 요인을 기반으로 분석해 보았다. 실증적 분석 결과, 일러스트레이터의 역할 갈등, 역할 모호 요인은 생성형 AI불안감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 일러스트레이터가 생성형 AI에 대한 친숙성을 느끼는 역할 스트레스 요인은 역할과다인 것으로 파악되었다. 즉, 일러스트레이터가 콘텐츠 제작환경에서 인식하고 있는 AI친숙성은 역할 갈등 및 역할 모호 상황에서는 영향을 받지 못하는 것으로 조사되었으며 일러스트레이터의 과도한 작업에 의한 스트레스 상태에서 생성형 AI에 대한 친숙함이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 일러스트레이터가 인지하는 생성형 AI에 대한 불안감과 친숙함이 어느 상황에서 발생할 수 있는지에 대한 논의의 중요성을 본 연구의 학술적 성과라 할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, the anxiety and familiarity of Generative AI perceived by illustrators in the content production environment were analyzed based on the role stress factors of illustrators. As a result of empirical analysis, it was investigated that the factors of role conflict and role ambiguity of illustrators affect the anxiety of generative AI. In addition, it was found that the role stress factor that illustrators feel familiar with Generative AI is excessive. In other words, it was investigated that AI familiarity perceived by illustrators in the content production environment is not affected by role conflict and role ambiguity, and it was analyzed that the familiarity with Generative AI increases in the stress state caused by excessive work of illustrators. The importance of discussing in which situations the anxiety and familiarity of the Generative AI perceived by illustrators can occur can be said to be the academic achievement of this study.
