미용사의 헤어미용교육 인식과 문제해결능력 및 직업전문성 관계 연구

A Study on the Relationship Between Hairdressing Education Perception, Problem-Solving Ability, and Professional Competence Among Hairdressers

본 연구는 미용사의 헤어미용교육 인식, 문제해결능력, 직업전문성 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 헤어미용 교육을 받은 경험이 있는 미용사 253명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 헤어미용교육 인식은 경영기술, 핵심기술, 사회적책임을 하위요인으로, 문제해결능력은 문제명료화, 원인분석, 대안개발, 계획·실행, 수행평가로 세분화하여 분석하였다. 미용사들은 직업전문성과 핵심기술을 높게, 문제명료화는 낮게 인식하였다. 핵심기술은 연령, 학력, 직급이 높을수록 그리고 여성과 교·강사인 경우 더 높은 인식을 보였다. 경영기술은 30대, 대학원 이상, 중·상급 미용사가 더 높게, 사회적책임은 학력이 높을수록 더 높게 인식하였다. 직업전문성은 연령, 학력, 직급이 높을수록 그리고 교·강사인 경우 더 높게 인식하였다. 20대, 대학원이상, 교·강사 집단이 문제해결능력의 하위요인 모두 높게 평가하였고, 남성은 원인분석과 계획·실행에서 높게 인식하였다. 헤어미용교육 인식은 문제해결능력과 직업전문성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 핵심기술은 직업전문성 향상에, 사회적책임은 문제해결능력의 하위요인에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 핵심기술과 경영기술, 사회적책임의 중요성을 강조하는 교육내용의 보완이 필요할 것이다.

This study analyzed the relationships among hairdressing education perception, problem-solving ability, and job professionalism among hairdressers. A survey was conducted with 253 hairdressers who had experience in hairdressing education. Hairdressing education perception was divided into three sub-factors, and problem-solving ability was categorized into five sub-factors for analysis. The findings revealed that hairdressers perceived job professionalism and core skills highly, while problem clarification was perceived relatively low. Core skills were more highly recognized by older participants, those with higher educational attainment, those in higher positions, as well as women and instructors. Management skills were perceived more highly by those in their 30s, those with a graduate degree, and mid- to senior-level hairdressers. Social responsibility was more strongly recognized by participants with higher educational attainment. Job professionalism was more highly perceived by those with higher age, education, and position, and particularly by instructors. Younger participants in their 20s, those with graduate-level education, and instructors scored higher on all sub-factors of problem-solving ability, while male participants perceived higher levels in cause analysis and planning/execution. Hairdressing education perception had a positive effect on problem-solving ability and job professionalism. Core skills had the greatest impact on improving job professionalism, while social responsibility significantly influenced the sub-factors of problem-solving ability. Enhancing educational content that emphasizes the importance of core skills, management skills, and social responsibility is necessary for future education programs.
