[연구목적] 이 연구는 중국 초·중등학교 교원의 디지털 리터러시를 체계적으로 평가하고, 강점과 개선이 필요한 영역을 파악하여 효과적인 개선 전략을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. [연구방법] 이를 위해 문헌고찰, 초점집단면담, 전문가 검토를 거쳐 디지털 리터러시 IPA 설문지를 개발하였으며, 중국 북부에 위치한 공립 초·중·고등학교의 교원 847명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, IPA를 실시하였다. [연구결과] 연구 결과, 교원들은 디지털 리터러시의 다양한 영역을 중요하게 인식하고 있으나, 실제 실행 수준에서는 개선의 여지가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 디지털 인지(digital awareness) 영역에 대한 중요도가 가장 높았으며, 디지털 적용(digital application) 영역의 실행도가 가장 낮았다. 또한, 초·중·고 학교급에 따라 디지털 리터러시 실행 수준에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 특히, 디지털 연수 시간은 여러 영역에서 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 교직 경력은 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 교사의 수업효과성 향상 및 교육분야의 디지털 전환을 지원하기 위해 학교급에 따른 맞춤형 디지털 리터러시 연수 프로그램 개발 및 장기적인 피드백 시스템 구축이 필요함을 제언하였다.
[Purpose] This study aims to systematically assess the digital literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in China, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and explore effective strategies for improvement. [Methods] For data collection, the study developed a digital literacy questionnaire for teachers and conducted a survey of 847 public teachers in northern China. The t-test, ANOVA, and IPA were utilized for the data analysis. [Results] The results indicate that teachers generally place a high value on various dimensions of digital literacy, yet significant room for improvement remains in their actual performance. The digital awareness dimension had the highest importance score, but there were notable deficiencies in the performance of the digital application dimension. Further analysis revealed significant differences in digital literacy performance among teachers at different school levels. Moreover, digital training hours significantly influenced several dimensions of digital literacy, whereas teaching experience had no notable effect. [Conclusion] These findings suggest the need to develop targeted digital literacy training programs tailored to teachers at different school levels. In addition, establishing a long-term feedback mechanism is essential to enhance overall teaching effectiveness and to support the ongoing digital transformation in the education sector.
