요양병원 간호사의 간호업무수행, 간호업무강도, 직무효능감이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Nursing Performance, Nursing Work Intensity, and Job Self Efficacy of Geriatric hospital Nurses on Patient Safety Management Activities

본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 환자안전관리활동 영향요인을 파악하여 환자안전관리활동 증진방안을 모색하기 위한 근거자료를 확보하기 위해 수행한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 요양병원 간호사 220명으로 자료수집은 2025년 1월 15일부터 2월 14일까지 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Person’s correlation coefficients, Multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 환자안전관리활동은 간호업무수행(r=.319, p<.001) 및 직무 효능감(r=.498, p<.001)과는 유의한 양의 상관관계, 간호업무 강도(r=-.201, p<.01)와는 음의 상관관계를 보였고, 환자안전관리활동 영향요인으로 직무효능감(β=.452 p<.001)으로 도출되었으며, 설명력은 35.0%였다(adj R2=.350, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 요양병원 간호사의 환자안전관리활동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 안전관리활동의 주요영향요인으로 확인된 직무효능감을 강화시킬 수 있는 환자안전관리활동 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있겠다.

This study was a descriptive research study conducted to identify the factors influencing the patient safety management activities of geriatric hospital nurses and to secure evidence to find ways for improve patient safety management activities. The subjects were 220 geriatric hospital nurses and data were collected from january 15 to February 14, 2025. Data were analyzed independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0. Patient safety management activities was positive correlated with nursing performance(r=.319, p<.001), job self efficacy(r=.498, p<.001) and negative correlated with nursing work intensity(r=-.201, p<.01). Factors influencing patient safety management activities were job self efficacy(β=.452 p<.001) and the explanatory power was 35.0%(adj R2=.350, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, to promote the activities of patient safety management, to develope a patient safety management activities education program that consider job self efficacy.
