장애인 생존수영 교육에 대한 제약요인과 개선방안 연구

A study on the constraints and improvement strategies for survival swimming education for individuals with disabilities

이 연구에서는 장애인 생존수영 교육에 대한 제약요인과 개선방안을 알아보기 위해 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하여조사하였다. 이를 위해 경기 지역의 장애인 생존수영 교육 전문가 9명을 대상으로 그룹회의를 진행하여 장애인 생존수영 교육 현장에서 나타나는 제약요인을 파악하고, 개선방안을 찾고자 하였다. 첫째, 장애인 생존수영 교육의 제약요인 중에서 내적 제약요인은 교육장소로 이동수단의 문제, 교육인력의 부족 등이 확인되었으며, 대인적 제약요인은함께 참여하는 교육 부재, 현실적 교육의 어려움, 행정절차의 문제 등이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 구조적 제약요인은 함께 교육시 이해부족, 안정적 교육구축의 어려움 등이 확인되었다. 생존수영 교육의 개선방안으로 교육적 접근에서는 놀이식 교육 프로그램, 지속적 단계별 교육지도, 전문인력 양성 프로그램 지원이 확인되었으며, 환경적 접근에서는 교육환경의 안정화 등이 나타났다. 행정적 접근에서는 교육을 위한 조례와 홍보, 정서적 접근에서는 사회적 인식개선 등이 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 장애인 생존수영 교육의 제약요인을 파악하여 현실적인 교육 개선에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. 미래 장애인 생존수영 교육의 의무화와 인식개선의 변화에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, a focus group interview to investigate the constraints observed in the field and improvement strategies for survival swimming education for individuals with disabilities. First, among the constraints of survival swimming education for the disabled, internal constraints were identified including as problems with transportation to the training site and lack of training personnel, while interpersonal constraints were found to include the absence of participatory training, difficulties in realistic training, and problems with administrative procedures. Structural constraints were identified as a lack of understanding during joint training and difficulties in establishing stable training. As strategies for improving survival swimming education, play-style training, step-by-step training guidance, and professional training programs were identified in the educational approach. In the environmental approach, stabilization of the educational environment was shown. In the administrative approach, ordinances and publicity for education were highlighted, and in the emotional approach, improvement of social awareness was noted.
