체육학 분야에서 여가제약 연구의 동향과 후속 과제

Trends of Leisure Constraints Research in the Field of Sports Science

본 연구는 체육학 분야에서 여가제약 연구의 동향을 체계적으로 분석하고, 후속 연구의 방향성을 제시하는 데 그목적이 있다. 연구목적에 적합한 학술논문 83편을 선정하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 여가제약 연구의관심 주제는 여가제약협상(극복노력), 불평등(소외계층), 참여동기(의도), 여가제약요인 개념화, 여가만족으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 연구 시기는 2000년대 이전(31.3%), 2010년대(43.4%), 2020년대(25.3%)로 나타났다. 셋째, 학술지 특성은 체육학(61.4%), 여가학(27.7%), 기타 전공(10.8%) 순이다. 넷째, 연구방법은 양적 접근(89.2%), 질적 접근(10.8%)으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 자료수집 방법은 설문지(85.5%), 심층면담(7.2%), 2차자료(3.6%), 기타(3.6%) 순이다. 여섯째, 조사대상 종목은 복합(65.1%), 구기스포츠(10.8%), 기타(8.4%), 동계스포츠(6.0%), 수상스포츠(4.8%), 무용/댄스(4.8%) 순이다. 일곱째, 조사대상 특성은 정기적 참여자(83.1%), 비정기적 참여자(16.9%)로 나타났다. 여덟째, 조사대상 연령대는 성인(89.2%), 유·청소년(10.8%) 순이다. 본 연구는 연구방법의 다각적 활용, 조사대상 종목의 세분화, 비정기적 참여자와 유·청소년에 대한 관심을 후속 연구의 과제로 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the trends in leisure constraints research (LCR) within the field of sports science. A content analysis was conducted on 83 selected papers. The results revealed the following: First, the main topics of interest in LCR were categorized as leisure constraint negotiation (overcoming efforts), inequality (marginalized groups), participation motivation (intention), conceptualization of leisure constraint factors, and leisure satisfaction. Second, regarding research trends by journal characteristics, studies published in sports science journals were the most prevalent; quantitative approaches dominated research methods; questionnaires were the most frequently used data collection method; multiple sports types were the most commonly studied; regular participants were the most frequently analyzed group; and adults were the predominant age group examined. Based on these findings, this study discusses (1) the diverse application of research methods, (2) the segmentation of sports types studied, and (3) the need for increased attention to irregular participants as well as children and adolescents.
