챗GPT를 활용한 통합적 일본어 교육의 가능성에 대한 고찰

A Study on the Potential of Integrated Japanese Language Education Using ChatGPT

In this paper, the examples of ChatGPT in the field of education were examined, and after confirming the current state and limitations of the existing Japanese grammar education, the potential of integrated Japanese language education using ChatGPT was considered. Although various attempts have been made to utilize ChatGPT from different perspectives in Japanese language education, and its effectiveness is being proven, there are still many fundamental issues to be resolved, such as the lack of clear evaluation criteria for using ChatGPT and the need for verification of its long-term effects and sustainability in actual classroom settings. Nevertheless, from the perspective of realizing immediate and active learning patterns, ChatGPT is valuable as an effective learning tool and can be expected to be an innovative educational tool that approaches grammar, composition, and communication skills in an integrated manner. Based on the results of this study, future tasks will include verifying the potential of integrated Japanese language education using ChatGPT in actual classroom settings.

ChatGPTは、教育現場での教授法の領域にとどまらず、教師の業務負担を軽減するなどの教育行政の領域においても、その活用可能性が試みられており、その役割が徐々に拡大していることが分かる。教育現場においてChatGPTの活用が拡大することが明らかな現時点では、ChatGPTを教育補助ツールとして活用することが有効であると予想される。本稿では、教育分野におけるChatGPTの事例を検討し、既存の日本語文法教育の現状とその限界点を確認した上で、ChatGPTを活用した統合的な日本語教育の可能性について考察した。日本語教育のさまざまな角度からChatGPTの活用が試みられ、その有効性が証明されつつある。しかし、ChatGPT活用に対する明確な評価基準の欠如や、ChatGPTを用いた実際の授業における長期的な効果や持続可能性についての検証など、今後解決すべき根本的な課題は多く残されている。にもかかわらず、即時的かつ能動的な学習パターンの実現という観点から、ChatGPTは有効な学習ツールとして活用する価値があり、文法と作文およびコミュニケーション能力を統合的にアプローチする革新的な教育道具として期待できる。本稿の考察結果を基に、実際の授業におけるChatGPTを活用した統合的な日本語教育の可能性について検証することを今後の課題とする。
