자동차 부품 기업의 수출 물류 프로세스 장애요인과 해결방안에 대한 해석적 구조 분석

Obstacles and Solutions to Logistics Processes of Auto-Part Companies Using Interpretive Structural

우리나라 수출의 핵심 산업으로 자리 잡은 자동차 산업은 치열한 경쟁 속에서도 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있다. 이러한 성장을 지속하기 위해 자동차 부품 기업의 경쟁력 강화에 대한 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 전문가 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 해석적 구조 모형을 통해 자동차 부품 기업 수출 물류 프로세스의 장애요인을 파악하고, 장애요인을 개선할 수 있는 실질적인 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과 자동차 부품 산업의 물류 프로세스는 타 산업에 비해 장애요인 간의 연관성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 타 산업에 비해 정부 지원 정책과 같은 조직적 요인이 자동차 부품 산업의 물류 프로세스의 주요 장애요인으로 작용하는 것으로 도출되었다. 자동차 부품 수출 기업의 효과적인 물류 프로세스 개선을 위해서는 조직적 요인과 개별적 요인을 동시에 개선하는 것이 중요하다. 마지막으로 수출 물류 프로세스 관련 사내 매뉴얼 및 전담 물류부서 구축, 물류 관련 교육 확대, 정부의 적절하고 효과적인 정책지원 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : This study aims to help Korean auto-part companies effectively manage the export business by identifying obstacles and providing solutions in the logistics process. Research design, data and methodology : This paper collected data from focus group interviews in auto-part companies and applied Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to identify the correlations and structure of the obstacles in the logistics process of the auto-part industry. Results : The ISM results indicated that compared to other industries, organizational factors such as government support policy are the key obstacles to the logistics process in the auto-part industry. Conclusions : Organizational and individual factors need to be improved simultaneously, and it is necessary for organizations to perceive the importance of logistics management.
