군(軍)내의 학교 정신전력 교육체계 발전방안 연구

A Study on the Development of the Mental Power Education System in Military Schools

본 연구는 국방부 소속 학교기관의 정신전력 교육체계를 분석하고 개선 및 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 이론 및 선행연구를 통해 정신전력의 실체를 확인하고, 정신전력과 정신전력교육 간의 관계성을 검토하였다. 아울러, 교육 실태에 대해서는 타일러의 이론에 따라 교육목표, 내용, 방법, 환경 분석의 틀을 사용하여 분석하였고, 각 요소의 질적 분석은 블룸의 이론에 기초하여 진행하였다. 특히 국방부의 정신전력교육 체계와 간부양성을 위한 교육과정에서 정신전력교육 체계의 구조를 검토하였다. 이러한 분석 결과, 현재의 교육 시스템은 국방부 지침을 따르고 있음에도 불구하고, 목표가 모호하고 표준화된 교육 방법 제시가 미흡하며, 정신전력 교육 편성의 시간적 여유가 부족하여 효과가 제한적임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 명확하고 표준화된 목표 설정, 강의와 실습의 균형 조정, 정신전력교육 영역인 지(知)·정(情)·동(動) 측면에서 내용과 방법의 개선, 토의와 협력 학습 방법의 적용 등을 발전방안으로 제안하였다. 아울러, 이러한 제안이 군에서 적용되었을 때, 군 정신전력교육의 효과를 높이고, 올바른 군인정신을 강화하는데 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

This study analyzes the mental power education system in military schools under the Ministry of National Defense and proposes measures for its improvement. Through theoretical and prior research, the concept of mental power and its relationship with mental power education were examined. Tyler’s framework—focusing on objectives, content, methods, and environment—and Bloom’s taxonomy were used for qualitative analysis, with a review of the education system’s structure and leadership development curriculum. The findings reveal that while the system follows Ministry guidelines, its objectives are unclear, teaching methods lack standardization, and limited instructional time reduces its effectiveness. To address these issues, this study recommends establishing clear objectives, balancing lectures with practical exercises, improving content in cognitive, emotional, and behavioral domains, and adopting discussion-based and cooperative learning methods. These improvements are expected to enhance mental power education’s effectiveness, strengthening military spirit and leadership capabilities.
