콜렉티브 임팩트 접근을 통한 진로체험 프로그램 운영 사례 : 글로벌 리더십 프로그램을 중심으로

A Practice of Career Experience Program through the Collective Impact Approach - Focusing on the Global Leadership Program

본 연구는 콜렉티브 임팩트 접근을 통한 지산학 협력 글로벌 리더십 프로그램 사례를 통해 지역의 다양한 섹터 간 협력을 통해 의미 있는 지역사회 협력적 진로체험 프로그램 운영을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대학, 도교육청, 교육지원청, 지자체, 비영리기관, 민간기업이 참여하여 기획, 설계, 개발 및 운영한 초·중·고교생 참여형 지산학 협력 진로체험 프로그램의 진행 과정, 내용과 결과, 참여자들의 인식, 경험의 과정을 콜렉티브 임팩트 관점에서 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여 학생의 프로그램 만족도는 높게 나타났으며, 참여 학생의 프로그램에 대한 요구는 활동시간의 확대로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여 학생의 성별 차이는 참여 학생의 프로그램 만족도와 추천 및 재참여 의향에서 여학생이 높았으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 콜렉티브 임팩트 접근에서 핵심요인인 공동의 목표, 공유된 측정체계, 상호강화활동, 지속적인 의사소통, 중추지원 조직의 모든 기준에서 긍정적 의견이 제시되었고, 중추조직을 중심으로 신뢰와 협력관계가 구축되고 정해진 역할 이외에 자발적 상호 지원이 된 것이 특장점으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역의 다양한 섹터간 협력을 통한 진로체험 프로그램을 통해 실천형 현장중심의 지산학 협력의 진로교육 실천을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study aims to provide the implications for operating a meaningful community-based career experience program through collaboration between various sectors in the region, based on a case study of a global leadership program using the collective impact approach. For this purpose, the study analyzed the process, content, and results of a career experience program for elementary, middle, and high school students, which was planned, designed, developed, and operated by the participation of a university, a provincial office of education, an office of education, a local government, a non-profit organization, and a private company. The study also investigated and analyzed the perceptions and experiences of all participants in the overall process from the perspective of collective impact. The results of the study showed that there was generally a positive perception of the purpose and value of the collaborative program through the collective impact approach, and in operating the global leadership program as a career experience program, the importance of building a comprehensive collaborative relationship between various sectors and the capability of a central organization to coordinate and lead this was raised. The results of this study are expected to serve as basic data for practicing industry-academia-local government cooperation-based career education through career experience programs involving collaboration between various sectors in the region.
