사용자 만족도 향상을 위한 무인카페 키오스크 언택트 경험디자인

User-Centered Untact Experience Design for Unmanned Cafe Kiosks

기술 발전과 사회적 요구에 따라 “언택트” 기반의 무인 경제가 급속히 발전하고 있으며, 기술과 인간의 상호작용이 고도화됨에 따라 무인 서비스에서의 좋은 사용자 경험에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 문헌 분석, 현장 조사, 사용자 연구 방법을 활용하여 사용자의 무인 키오스크 이용 상황을 분석하였고, 이 사용자의 요구를 충족하는 것을 핵심 목표로 무인 카페 키오스크의 인터페이스 디자인을 제안했다. 개선안은 인간 중심적 관점에서 화면 구조를 재구성하고, 개인화 기능을 추가하며, 사용자 유도 요소를 강화하고, 조작 효율성을 높이는 방향으로 디자인되었다. 연구 결과, 인터페이스 레이아웃 개선, 개인화된 맞춤 기능 추가, 사용자 안내 강화, 그리고 운영 효율성 향상은 사용 편의성과 사용자 만족도를 현저히 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 우수한 UI 디자인이 사용자의 전반적인 경험과 만족도를 높이는 데 기여할 수 있다는 것을 보여주며, 사용자 중심의 사고를 바탕으로 UI의 시각적 구성과 기능 사용성을 면밀히 분석하고 개선 방향을 제시함으로써 실무적 가치와 연구적 기여를 동시에 확보하였다.

Driven by rapid technological advancement and evolving social demands, the “untact” economy-centered on unmanned services-has seen significant growth. As human-technology interaction becomes increasingly sophisticated, expectations for high-quality user experiences in unmanned service environments are rising accordingly. This study examines user interactions with unmanned cafe kiosks through literature review, field observation, and user research, aiming to propose interface design improvements grounded in user needs. The proposed design focuses on restructuring interface layouts from a user-centered perspective, integrating personalized features, enhancing guidance elements, and improving operational efficiency. Findings indicate that these enhancements significantly improve usability and user satisfaction. By systematically analyzing visual structure and functional usability, this study underscores the potential of UI design to enhance user experience, offering both theoretical insights and practical contributions to the field of contactless service design.
