数字帝国主义的认知、批判与应对

Cognition, Criticism and Response to Digital Imperialism

After the capitalist countries entered the stage of imperialism, their evolution history can be divided into traditional imperialism, new imperialism and digital imperialism. Digital imperialism has the contemporary characteristics of digital technology hegemony, digital platform monopoly, digital colonial movement, digital space expansion and so on. To further deepen the understanding of digital imperialism, we should take the production concentration and technology monopoly as the core of criticism, the basic characteristics and development trend as the main line of criticism, and the free and comprehensive development of people as the pursuit of critical value, so as to form the critical approach of digital imperialism. Facing the new situation, new problems and new challenges, China should give full play to the advantages of the system and build a digital socialism; Continuously enhance risk awareness and resolutely safeguard ideological security; Accelerate the breaking of imperialist digital hegemony, reconstruct the global digital governance order, and build a community of digital destiny for mankind.

资本主义国家步入帝国主义阶段后，其演进历史可划分为传统帝国主义、新帝国主义和数字帝国主义。数字帝国主义具有数字技术霸权、数字平台垄断、数字殖民运动、数字空间扩张等当代特征。进一步深化对数字帝国主义的认知，应以生产集中与技术垄断为批判核心、以根本特征及发展趋势为批判主线、以人的自由而全面发展为批判价值追求，形成数字帝国主义的批判进路。面对新形势新问题新挑战，中国应充分发挥制度优势，建设数字社会主义；持续强化风险意识，坚决维护意识形态安全；加速打破帝国主义数字霸权，重构全球数字治理秩序，共建人类数字命运共同体。
