Integrating Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher education holds significant value for universities in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, advancing the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses, and accelerating the construction of a culturally strong nation. To incorporate Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into ideological and political course teaching, key efforts should focus on grasping the Party’s cultural leadership, the mission of cultural construction, and the primary political task of cultural work, with political orientation education, mission-themed education, and foundational soul-casting education as the main content.
