무형문화유산의 계승과 보존은 현대 사회 발전과 현대 문화 사이의 갈등에 직면해 있으며, 무형문화유산의 경험을 향상시키는 방법은 문화유산 보호 분야에서 중요한 이슈로 부상했다. 본 연구는 중국의 무형문화유산인 잉게 춤(Yingge dance)을 출발점으로 삼아 문화 관광 서비스 디자인을 통해 전통 문화의 효과적인 보호와 확산을 달성하는 방법을 탐구한다. 또한 문헌 검토, 현장 조사 및 사례 분석을 통해 사용자 경험을 중점으로 디지털 플랫폼과 국경 간 자원 통합을 결합한 문화 관광 서비스 디자인 모델을 구축허고자 한다. 본 연구는 혁신적인 서비스 디자인 방법을 활용함으로써 관광객의 문화 경험을 풍부하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 현대 사회에서 '잉게 춤'의 계승과 재활성화에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구가 무형문화유산 보호를 위한 기초 연구 및 사례 연구로 활용되기를 기대한다.
The inheritance and preservation of intangible cultural heritage faces the conflict between contemporary social development and modern culture, and how to enhance the experience of intangible cultural heritage has become an important issue in the field of cultural heritage protection. This study takes the Chinese intangible cultural heritage of‘Yingge dance’as an entry point to explore how to achieve the effective protection and dissemination of traditional culture through cultural tourism service design. Through literature review, field research and case analysis, a cultural tourism service design model is constructed that focuses on user experience and integrates digital platforms and cross-border resource integration. With the help of innovative service design methods, it can not only enrich the cultural experience of tourists, but also promote the inheritance and revitalisation of ‘Yingge dance’ in modern society. It is hoped that this study can be utilised as a basic research and case study for the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
