This study analyzed online reviews by applying a phenomenological approach based on the user's subjective and living experience to the perception of the selection attributes of shared accommodation by Airbnb, an online accommodation sharing platform. The selection attributes of Airbnb, a shared accommodation, were selected from Hongdae, Bukchon, and Gangnam areas where shared accommodation was activated for foreign tourists, and three Airbnbs were selected from each of these three areas. As a result of the analysis, Airbnb users perceived location, quality of service, convenience facilities, image(atmosphere), and traffic as important selection attributes as they were mentioned more than three times. In the detailed analysis of the selection attributes of shared accommodation by phenomenological research method, it was analyzed that the accommodation experience of Airbnb, a shared accommodation, is multi-dimensionally recognized in four ways: ‘convenience of location and transportation’, ‘quality level of service’, ‘possession of own amenities and proximity of surrounding amenities’, and ‘uniqueness of image(atmosphere)’.
