数智时代高校网络意识形态建设:机遇、风险与应对

Digital intelligence technology has been extensively and profoundly integrated into cyberspace governance, thereby transforming the landscape of online ideological education in higher education institutions and exerting a dual influence on ideological and political work in the new era. Leveraging its strengths such as dynamic interactivity, precise personalization, and targeted communication, digital intelligence technology offers novel opportunities for the development of online ideology in colleges and universities. However, challenges such as the information cocoon effect, the rise of pan-entertainment culture, and algorithmic black boxes also introduce potential risks to this domain. To address these issues, it is imperative to construct an ecosystem ensuring the security of online ideological work in higher education institutions. This requires coordinated efforts across multiple dimensions, including subject cultivation, content innovation, platform synergy, and environmental optimization, to enhance both the security and efficacy of online ideological work in the digital intelligence era.

数智技术在网络空间治理中得以广泛而深刻地应用,改变着高校网络意识形态教育的格局,对新时代高校思想政治工作产生双重影响。数智技术以动态交互、精准个性和分众传播等优势,为高校网络意识形态建设提供了新机遇。同时,其带来的信息茧房、泛娱乐化和算法黑箱等,也为高校网络意识形态建设带来了风险。为此,需要构筑高校网络意识形态安全生态系统,从主体培育、内容开发、平台协同和环境构建等多维度、全方位协同发力,提升数智时代高校网络意识形态工作的安全性与实效性。
