学与行之间:一位中国青年音乐治疗师的专业成长叙事研究

Between Learning and Doing: A Narrative Study of The Professional Growth of A Young Chinese Music Therapist

In recent years, with the gradual development of music therapy in China, further attention to the group of occupational music therapists has become particularly important, especially for young music therapists who are new to the workplace. In the current industry context, the professional growth of music therapists will be affected by many factors. The narrative research method is centered on personal narrative. Through the analysis of researchers, it can capture personalized and situational growth footprints and reveal the details of professional identity and emotional changes. This study presents the professional growth path of a young Chinese music therapist in a narrative way, experiences and constructs his professional growth process, finds and summarizes the key factors and development stage characteristics that affect his professional development, and captures the shortcomings of the current domestic music therapy industry in supporting the development of music therapists’ professional identity and puts forward several suggestions.

近年来随着音乐治疗在国内的逐步发展,对职业音乐治疗师群体的进一步观照显得尤为重要,特别是初入职场的青年音乐治疗师群体。在当前行业背景下,音乐治疗师的专业成长会受到诸多因素的影响。叙事研究方法属质性研究,其以个人叙述为核心,通过研究者的分析,可以捕捉个人化、情境化的相关信息,有助于揭示专业身份和情感变化的细节。研究将一位中国青年音乐治疗师的专业成长之路进行叙事呈现,体验和建构他的专业成长历程,寻找、总结影响其专业发展的关键因素和发展阶段特征,从中捕捉当下国内音乐治疗行业对音乐治疗师职业身份发展支持的不足之处并提出几点建议。
