山西省推进国家物流枢纽建设的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Promoting the Construction of National Logistics Hubs in Shanxi Province

National logistics hubs are the core infrastructure of the logistics system. They are comprehensive logistics hubs with a wider radiation area, stronger agglomeration effect, better service functions and higher operation efficiency, playing the roles of key nodes, important platforms and backbone hubs in the national logistics network. This report combs through the current situation of development and existing problems of the three national logistics hubs in Taiyuan, Datong and Linfen. On the basis of drawing on the construction experience of national logistics hubs such as Zhengzhou, Baoji and Jiuquan, it puts forward five parts of countermeasure suggestions for Shanxi to promote the construction of national logistics hubs for the reference of relevant departments.

国家物流枢纽是物流体系的核心基础设施，是辐射区域更广、集聚效应更强、服务功能更优、运行效率更高的综合性物流枢纽，在全国物流网络中发挥关键节点、重要平台和骨干枢纽的作用。本报告梳理了太原、大同、临汾3 个国家物流枢纽发展现状和存在问题，在借鉴郑州、宝鸡、酒泉等国家物流枢纽建设经验的基础上，提出山西推进国家物流枢纽建设的5 部分对策建议，供相关部门参考。
