Red culture is an educational resource that teachers can not ignore, how to transform the abstract culture into students can be operated activities can be realized through the labor course, the formation of a variety of forms, content-rich situation, so as to get rid of the red culture in the teaching of the“false big empty”, the labor course of the form of light results of the predicament. Red culture into the elementary school labor education, not only can make students realize that the red culture is closely related to us, but also realize that the value of labor embodied in the individual, more embodied in the classroom community and even society and the country. Therefore, in accordance with the macro level to set the direction — the Macro level to find the characteristics—the micro level of the real students of the route, layer by layer, to help teachers to clarify the idea, digging characteristics, to the real scenario, the real students, the real practice to implement the integration of the red culture into the labor curriculum.
红色文化是教师不可忽视的教育资源,如何将抽象的文化转化为学生可操作的活动可以通过劳动课程来实现,形成形式多样、内容丰富的局面,从而摆脱红色文化在教学中出现“假大空”、劳动课程重形式轻结果的困境。将红色文化融入小学劳动教育之中,不仅能让学生认识到红色文化与我们息息相关,更是认识到劳动的价值体现在个人,更体现在班集体乃至社会、国家之中。因此按照宏观层面定方向——中观层面寻特色——微观层面真学生的路线,层层递进,帮助教师理清思路,挖掘特色,以真情景、真学生、真实践落实红色文化融入劳动课程中。
