云南边境地区疫情防控存在的问题及对策研究——以瑞丽市为例

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Epidemic Prevention and Control in Border Areas of Yunnan Province: A Case Study of Ruili City

Due to the unique natural geographic environment and population diversity, the situation of acute infectious diseases such as dengue fever, malaria and plague in the border areas of Yunnan is relatively severe, facing great pressure of epidemic prevention and control. Its special geographical location and complex social factors have brought many problems and challenges to the epidemic prevention and control work in Yunnan border areas. Poor medical and health conditions, backward economic development, inadequate publicity of epidemic prevention knowledge, and weak construction of professional personnel are still major difficulties facing epidemic prevention and control in Yunnan border areas. In this situation, this paper takes Ruili City of Yunnan Province as an example to deeply study the current situation and existing problems of epidemic prevention and control in border areas, find out related factors affecting epidemic prevention and control in border areas, and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving border talent reserves and strengthening the overall planning of border management forces, so as to improve the governance level of Yunnan border areas.

云南边境地区由于独特的自然地理环境和人口多样性，登革热、疟疾、鼠疫等急性传染病形势相对严峻，面临着巨大的疫情防控压力。其特殊的地理位置和复杂的社会因素给云南边境地区疫情防控工作带来了诸多问题和挑战。医疗卫生条件较差，经济发展落后，防疫知识宣传不到位，专业人才队伍建设薄弱等问题依然是云南边境地区疫情防控面临着的重大困境。在此形势下，本文以云南省瑞丽市为例，深入研究云南边境地区疫情防控工作面临的现状以及存在的问题，找出影响边境疫情防控的有关因素，并从提高边境人才储量，加强管边力量的统筹等方面提出合理的对策和建议，从而提高云南边境地区的治理水平。
