Research on the Scientific Creativity of Physical Education Teachers under the Thinking of New-quality Productivity

With technological advancements, New-Quality Productivity have become the core driving force in modern education systems. Through educational innovation, model reforms, and resource allocation optimization, the quality and efficiency of physical education have been significantly enhanced. The scientific creativity of physical education teachers plays a particularly crucial role in promoting high-quality development. This study thoroughly explores the connotation and characteristics of New-Quality Productive Empowering Education, defines the concept of physical education teachers’ scientific creativity along with its key elements, analyzes the positive impacts of their scientific creativity on physical education curricula and teaching practices, examines internal and external factors influencing physical education teachers’ scientific creativity, and reveals their operational mechanisms. Based on these analyses, effective improvement strategies are proposed for enhancing physical education teachers’ scientific creativity, including strengthening educational technology training, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, intensifying research project training, building new research-teaching ecosystems, optimizing school-based scientific innovation environments, and emphasizing personalized development.

随着科技进步,新质生产力成为现代教育体系核心驱动力,通过教育创新、模式革新及资源配置,显著提升体育教育质量与效率,体育教师科创力对推动高质量发展尤为关键。本研究深入阐述了新质生产力思维下的体育教师科创力的定义及其要素,分析了体育教师科创力对体育课程与教学的积极影响,探讨影响体育教师科创力的内外部因素,揭示其作用机制。基于分析,提出体育教师科创力需要加强教育技术培训、促进跨学科合作、强化科研项目训练、构建科研与教学新生态,优化学校科创环境、注重个性化发展等有效提升策略。
