각종 기관의 독도 탐방 프로그램 실시 현황과 과제

Current Status and Challenges of Dokdo Exploration Programs Operated by Various Institutions

본 연구는 국내 각종 기관에서 운영하는 독도 탐방 프로그램의 실시 현황과 과제를 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 선행연구에서는 독도 탐방 프로그램이 국민의 영토 주권 의식을 강화하고, 독도의 역사적·환경적 가치를 알리는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 각종 기관의 독도 탐방 프로그램은 정부기관, 교육기관, 민간 단체 등 다양한 주체들이 운영하며, 기관별 특성에 따라 차별화된 방식으로 진행되었다. 탐방 일정은 봄과 가을 사이 집중적으로 운영되었으며, 제헌절, 광복절, 독도의 날 등 역사적 기념일을 중심으로 활발히 이루어졌다. 기존의 플래시몹 중심 홍보의 주요 활동도 숏폼 영상 제작 및 디지털 콘텐츠 공유 방식으로 변화하는 경향을 보였다. 독도 탐방 프로그램 개선을 위해 과제로는 탐방 프로그램의 질적 향상, 울릉도 연계 현장 탐방 확대, 독도 박람회 운영을 통한 탐방 프로그램 전시 및 공유 시스템 구축 등을 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyze the current status and challenges of Dokdo exploration programs operated by various institutions in South Korea. Previous studies have confirmed that these programs play a crucial role in strengthening public awareness of territorial sovereignty and promoting the historical and environmental significance of Dokdo. Various institutions, including government agencies, educational institutions, and private organizations, operate these programs, each implementing differentiated approaches based on their respective characteristics. The exploration programs are primarily conducted between spring and autumn, with increased activity around significant historical anniversaries such as Constitution Day, Liberation Day, and Dokdo Day. Additionally, promotional activities, which were traditionally centered on flash mob events, have been shifting towards the production and sharing of short-form videos and digital content. To enhance the effectiveness of Dokdo exploration programs, this study suggests key improvement measures, including qualitative advancement of programs, expansion of field exploration linked to Ulleungdo, and the establishment of an exhibition and sharing system through the operation of a Dokdo Expo.
