미용학원 교육서비스품질 및 강사역할수행이 진로포부에 미치는 영향: 수강생 학습역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Influence of Educational Service Quality and Instructor Role Performance on Career Aspiration in Beauty Academies: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Learning Competency

이 연구는 미용학원 교육에서 교육서비스품질과 진로포부의 관계에서, 강사역할수행과 진로포부의 관계에서 수강생 학습역량의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 미용학원 교육을 받은 경험이 있는 수강생 493명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교육서비스품질의 하위요인은 교육시설, 직원서비스, 운영서비스로, 강사역할수행의 하위요인은 학습지도, 보충지도, 생활지도, 학급운영으로 분류되었으며 학습역량과 진로포부는 단일요인으로 요인들의 타당성과 신뢰도를 검정한 후, 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 미용학원 수강생의 주 수강목적은 취·창업이고 진로결정에 가장 큰 영향은 강사의 수업내용으로 나타났다. 교육서비스품질과 강사역할수행은 학습역량과 진로포부에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 교육서비스품질과 진로포부의 관계에서, 강사역할수행과 진로포부의 관계에서 학습역량은 매개효과를 나타냈고, 강사역할수행이 교육서비스품질보다 학습역량에 더 큰 정(+)적 영향을, 교육서비스품질이 강사역할수행보다 진로포부에 더 큰 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 미용학원 교육 현장에서 질적 서비스 향상과 강사의 전문성 강화를 위한 체계적 관리 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하고, 수강생의 학습역량 향상과 진로포부 형성을 위한 실천적 시사점을 제안한다.

This study explored the mediating role of learning competency in the relationship between educational service quality and career aspiration, and between instructor role performance and career aspiration in beauty academy education. A survey of 493 participants with beauty academy experience was conducted. Educational service quality comprised educational facilities, staff services, and operational services, while instructor role performance included instructional guidance, supplementary instruction, life guidance, and class management. Results showed that both educational service quality and instructor role performance positively influenced learning competency and career aspiration. Learning competency significantly mediated both relationships. Instructor role performance had a stronger impact on learning competency, whereas educational service quality had a greater influence on career aspiration. These findings highlight the need for systematic quality management and professional development programs for instructors to enhance student learning and career planning in beauty academies.
