数智时代高校心理健康教育的范式转型与价值重塑研究

In the process of educational digital transformation, digital intelligence technologies are driving paradigm shifts in university mental health education while also raising issues such as the erosion of humanistic care by technological rationality and the suspension of ideological and political education elements. This paper explores the reconstruction pathways for mental health education in the digital age from three dimensions: intelligent governance, affective computing, and ideological and political education integration. Intelligent governance leverages big data-driven insights and human-machine collaboration to transition mental health education from experience-based management to precision governance, enabling dynamic early warning of mental health crises and personalised interventions; Emotional computing, relying on multimodal data collection and immersive interaction design, optimises emotional communication patterns between teachers and students, but we must be vigilant against the fragmentation of genuine emotional connections caused by technological alienation; Ideological and political education integration, through mainstream value guidance, resource integration and innovation, and the construction of collaborative mechanisms, incorporates the cultivation of ideals and beliefs into the entire process of mental health education, reconstructing its value system. The deep integration of these three elements forms a composite paradigm of technological, emotional, and value synergy, aiding in the cultivation of new-era individuals with both healthy psychological qualities and firm ideals and beliefs, and highlighting the humanistic commitment and moral education orientation of psychological nurturing in the digital age.
在教育数字化转型进程中,数智技术在推动高校心理健康教育范式革新的同时,也引发了技术理性消解人文关怀、思政要素适配悬浮等问题。本文从智能治理、情感计算、思政嵌入三个维度,探究数智时代心理健康教育的重构路径:智能治理通过大数据驱动与人机协同,推动心理健康教育从经验型管理向精准化治理转型,实现心理危机动态预警与个性化干预;情感计算依托多模态数据采集与沉浸式交互设计,优化师生情感沟通模式,但需警惕技术异化对真实情感联结的割裂;思政嵌入通过主流价值引领、资源融合创新与协同机制构建,将理想信念教育融入心理育人全过程,重构心理健康教育的价值体系。三者深度融合形成技术、情感、价值协同的复合范式,助力培养兼具健康心理素质与坚定理想信念的时代新人,彰显数智时代心理育人的人文坚守与立德树人导向。
