数字化技术赋能大学生社区育人路径探索

An Exploration of Pathways for Empowering University Student Community Education through Digital Technology

Leveraging digital technology to promote the intelligent development of student communities has become a new trend in the digital transformation of higher education. With the support of digital technology, student communities can optimize the “double creation” work of Party building, enhance the synergistic effect of the “all-round education” system, and contribute to the comprehensive development of students. However, challenges remain in applying digital technology to community education, such as cognitive barriers, technical limitations, insufficient support mechanisms, and inadequate supervision. Therefore, it is essential for educators in university student communities to build consensus on digital work, establish digital work platforms, emphasize the application of digital technology, and strengthen digital supervision and management to achieve breakthroughs in community education.

依托数字化技术赋能学生社区智慧化发展已成为高校教育数字化发展的新趋势。在数字化技术的助推下，学生社区可以优化党建“双创”工作、推动“三全育人”协同效应、助力学生全方位发展。但数字化技术在社区育人工作中仍旧面临着思维认知困境、技术应用壁垒、保障机制残缺、监管力度不足的问题。高校社区育人工作者需要凝聚数字化工作共识、搭建数字化工作平台、重视数字化技术应用、强化数字化监督与管理，助力学生社区育人工作实现新突破。
