학교선택제의 쟁점과 과제

The Issues and Tasks of the School Choice

이 연구는 학교선택제의 도입, 현황, 쟁점, 연구결과를 분석한 후, 학교선택제의 과제를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교선택제의 도입과정, 국내․외 학교선택제의 현황, 학교선택제의 찬성과 반대 쟁점, 학교선택제의 연구결과를 분석한 후, 우리교육에 해결해야 할 학교선택제의 과제를 제시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 우리의 실정을 고려한 교육적 관점에서 학교선택제를 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 창의적 인재 양성을 위해 다양한 교육을 해야 한다. 셋째, 학교선택제의 취지와 목적이 올바르게 실행될 수 있도록 법과 제도를 정비해야 한다.

This study analyzes the basics, current status, issues, and research results of the school choice, and to explore the tasks of the school choice. For this purpose, the analyzing of the basics of the school choice, the current status of the domestic and foreign school choice, the pros and cons of the school choice, and the task of school choice served as inputs addressing education issues. As a result of the study, First, the school choice should be promoted from an educational perspective considering our actual practices and situation. Second, various educational approaches should be provided to foster creative human resource. Third, laws and systems should be reorganized so that the purport and purpose of the school choice can be properly implemented.
