中国式教育家精神引领教师队伍建设的内在逻辑、基本维度及实践路径

Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of its development. To build a strong nation, education must first be strengthened, and to strengthen education, teachers must first be empowered. In the new era, the construction of an education powerhouse and the enhancement of teaching quality across all educational stages rely on the inheritance and promotion of the “spirit of educators”. The spirit of educators, as a new assertion and requirement proposed by Chinese Communists in the new era, is rooted in the long-term practical activities of teachers, embodying advanced qualities and Chinese characteristics. It reflects the shared ideals, beliefs, and value pursuits of teachers in China, provides fundamental guidance for strengthening the development of the teaching workforce in the new era, and entrusts contemporary educators with a lofty mission. On this new journey, greater emphasis must be placed on guiding the development of China’s teaching workforce with the spirit of educators as an ideological banner, exploring the intrinsic logic of how this spirit drives the advancement of teacher across “goal-oriented, process-oriented, and value-oriented dimensions”. Looking ahead, further pathways must be identified to leverage the spirit of educators in fostering the high-quality development of China’s teaching workforce.

教师是立教之本、兴教之源,强国必先强教,强教必先强师。新时代建设教育强国、提升各阶段教师教书育人水平都离不开教育家精神的传承与弘扬。教育家精神是中国共产党人在新时代新阶段提出的植根于广大教师长期实践活动中涵备的具有先进品质和中国特色的新论断、新要求,体现了我国广大教师共同的理想信念和价值追求,为新时代加强教师队伍建设提供了根本遵循,赋予了新时代人民教师崇高使命。新时代新征程,要更加注重以教育家精神为思想旗帜引领我国教师队伍建设,探寻教育家精神何以为教师队伍建设提供动力源泉,从哪几个维度来推动新时代教师队伍建设。将教育家精神助力新时代教师队伍建设,更加要在“理”“情”“知”三方面入手,推动我国教师队伍建设高质量发展。
