Under the background of the advancement of the “China Intelligent Manufacturing” strategy, the cultivation of new engineering talents is confronted with the practical demand for the coordinated development of technical rationality and value rationality. Starting from the core connotation of the Marxist view of labor, by analyzing the extension and expansion of the Marxist view of labor in the era of Industry 4.0, it is proposed to integrate concepts such as “labor creates value”, “the subjectivity of workers”, and “the all-round development of human beings” into the entire process of new engineering education, and to construct a four-dimensional collaborative spiral ascending system of “theoretical foundation - practical empowerment - value internalization - quality tracking”. Provide theoretical support for cultivating new engineering talents with patriotic feelings, innovative spirit and practical ability.
在“中国智造”战略推进背景下,新工科人才培养面临技术理性与价值理性协同发展的现实需求。从马克思主义劳动观的核心内涵出发,通过分析工业4.0 时代马克思主义劳动观的延伸和拓展,提出将“劳动创造价值”“劳动者主体性”“人的全面发展”等理念融入新工科教育的全过程,构建“理论筑基-实践赋能-价值内化-质量追踪”四维协同的螺旋上升体系,为培养具有爱国情怀、创新精神和实践能力的新工科人才提供理论支撑。
