예비 교원의 단소 학습에서 연습 전략, 연습 시간, 그리고 학습 동기가 연주 능력에 미치는 영향

Effects of Practice Strategies, Practice Time, and Learning Motivation on Danso Performance of Pre-Service Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 국내 교원양성대학에 재학 중인 비음악전공 예비 교원이 단소를 학습하는 과정에서 연습 전략, 연습 시간, 학습 동기가 연주 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 초등 예비 교원 137명을 대상으로 7주간 주 1회 50분씩 단소 수업을 실시하였으며, 선율, 리듬, 템포, 숨표, 운지, 음색, 총점의 항목에 대해 연주 능력을 평가하였다. 또한 연습 전략(리허설, 정교화, 조직화, 비판적 사고, 메타인지, 자원관리)과 학습 동기(내재적, 외재적)는 설문을 통해 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 자원 관리 전략과 메타인지 전략이 연주 능력과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 특히 내재적 동기는 연습 전략사용과 높은 관련성을 나타냈다. 반면, 연습 시간은 연주 능력과 유의미한 관련이 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 제한된 연습 시간 내에 서 연습의 질을 높이고, 내재적 동기를 강화하는 전략적 접근이 비음악전공 예비 교원 의 단소 연주 능력을 향상시키는 데 효과적임을 보여주었으며, 이를 바탕으로 실기 교육의 개선을 위한 구체적인 교육적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of practice strategies, practice time, and learning motivation on performance achievement in Danso learning among non-music major pre-service teachers at Korean teacher training universities. A total of 137 pre-service elementary teachers participated in weekly 50-minute Danso lessons over seven weeks. Performance achievement was assessed based on pitch, rhythm, tempo, breathing, fingering, tone quality, and overall performance quality. Additionally, practice strategies (rehearsal, elaboration, organization, critical thinking, metacognition, resource management) and learning motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) were measured using a questionnaire. The results showed that resource management and metacognitive strategies were significantly positively correlated with performance achievement, and intrinsic motivation demonstrated strong associations with practice strategy usage. In contrast, quantitative increases in practice time did not significantly relate to performance outcomes. This study suggests that enhancing the quality of practice and strengthening intrinsic motivation through strategic approaches are effective ways to improve Danso performance among non-music major pre-service teachers. Practical educational implications based on these findings are provided.
