빅데이터를 활용한 택티컬 어바니즘 연구의 텍스트 마이닝 및 CONCOR 분석 : 2015년∼2024년 학술자료를 중심으로

Text Mining and CONCOR Analysis of Tactical Urbanism Research Using Big Data : Focusing on Academic Materials from 2015 to 2024

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝과 CONCOR 분석기법을 적용하여 택티컬 어바니즘의 실천을위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 최근 10년간 국내 학술자료를 대상으로 택티컬 어바니즘 관련 국내 학술연구 자료의 빅데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 국내의 택티컬 어바니즘이 일시적 공공공간 활용 및 도시재생과 연계되어 중요한 도구로서 작용하였다. 이는 공공공간 활용 및 지역의 문제 해결을 위해 실질적이고 창의적인 실천 전략으로서 택티컬 어바니즘이 활용 가능함을 의미한다. 분석결과 첫째, 택티컬 어바니즘은 도시공간 내부의 유휴공간 부지를 활용하여 창의적이고 유연하게 활용하려는 접근 방법으로 나타났다. 둘째, 토픽 모델링 분석결과 정책과 플랫폼 구축, 기업과 산업단지, 공간과도시재생, 장소 활용과 인식, 일시적 공간 디자인, 도시 공간 변화 등 6가지의 주제가 확인되었다. 셋째, CONCOR 분석결과 일시적 장소의 활용과 인식변화, 공공공간 및 지역안전, 도시재생의 영향과 경제 활성화, 택티컬 어바니즘 및 관광 등 4가지의 유형이 제시되었다.

This study aims to present implications for the practice of tactical urbanism by aplying text mining and CONCOR analysis techniques. To achieve the purpose of this study, big data analysis of domestic academic research data on tactical urbanism for the past 10 years was atempted. The results of the study showed that domestic tactical urbanism served as an important tol in conection with temporary public space utilzation and urban regeneration. This means that tactical urbanism can be utilzed as a practical and creative practical strategy for utilzing public space and solving regional problems. The results of this study are as folows. First, tactical urbanism was shown to be an aproach that creatively and flexibly utilzes idle space sites within urban spaces. Second, the results of topic modeling analysis sugested six topics (policy and platform construction, companies and industrial complexes, space and urban regeneration, place utilzation and perception, temporary space design, and urban space change). Third, the CONCOR analysis results resulted in four types (use of temporary places and changes in perception, public space and regional safety, impact of urban regeneration and economic revitalization, tactical urbanism and tourism).
