This study explores the impact of AI-integrated English class activities on college students' multimodal literacy, critical thinking, and creative thinking. Twenty-one students participated in a semester-long project creating short-form videos. Pre- and post-survey results, analyzed using paired sample t-tests, indicated modest but non-significant gains in multimodal expression and interpretation, with stable preferences for multimodal learning. Critical thinking showed significant improvement, while creative thinking increased slightly without statistical significance. Qualitative data revealed that AI tools facilitated meaningful learning experiences by supporting creative tasks and language practice. These findings offer valuable pedagogical implications and suggest future directions for integrating AI into English language education.
