Curriculum Development and Application for Professional Image Formation in Beauty Majors

Recently, personal color has become an essential aspect not only in the beauty industry but also in image-conscious societies. People use personal color analysis to enhance their appearance through makeup, hair, and fashion styling, making it a key tool for creating a polished image. As an important element in external styling, personal color plays a vital role in the beauty field. Additionally, the professional image of beauty specialists directly impacts customer satisfaction and job performance. A well-crafted image, both internally and externally, helps professionals make positive impressions and communicate effectively with customers, making image-making a crucial skill in the beauty industry. However, there is still a lack of research on educational programs specifically designed for beauty majors. To fill this this gap, this study aimed to develop a specialized curriculum for beauty professionals using the ADDIE instructional design model, focusing on both internal and external aesthetics. The program will be implemented and evaluated to refine and finalize the curriculum for effective professional training.
