全域旅游促进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的宁夏经验与实践路向研究

Research on the Experience and Practical Path of Ningxia in Promoting the Consciousness of Building a Community of the Chinese Nation through Holistic Tourism

The high-quality development of all-domain tourism has historical value and contemporary significance in promoting communication, exchange, and integration among various ethnic groups, and plays an important driving and connecting role in fortifying the awareness of the Chinese national community. This study focuses on the grand requirements and contemporary issues of developing all-domain tourism and fortifying the awareness of the national community, and, based on the self-consistent logic and interactive mechanism of all-domain tourism and the fortifying of the awareness of the national community, explores, through multi-case analysis and policy text research, the functional analysis of “fortifying the awareness of the national communities” in Ningxia’s development of all-domain tourism, as well as the practical challenges it faces, thus using “all-domain tourism” as a new productive force to promote ethnic-area work, and, taking local conditions into account, devising practical approaches. The study also aims to promote a paradigm shift in the multi-dimensional research perspectives on fortifying the awareness of the ethnic national community, and provide policy references for deepening the fortifying of the awareness through the integration of culture and tourism in practice.

全域旅游高质量发展具有促进各民族交往交流交融的历史价值和时代意义，对铸牢中华民族共同体意识发挥重要驱动和链接作用。本研究立足实现全域旅游和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重大要求和时代课题，基于全域旅游与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的自洽逻辑和互动机制，通过多案例分析与政策文本研究，探讨宁夏发展全域旅游过程中“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的功能探析和存在的现实挑战，进而以“全域旅游”作为推动民族地区工作的新质生产力，因地制宜挖掘出实践路向，在理论上推动铸牢中华民族共同体意识多维研究视角的转变，在实践上为通过文旅融合为深化铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供政策参考。
