四环联动教学模型:促进幼师生深度学习的有效教学策略探索

The Four-Phase Interconnected Teaching Model: Exploring Effective Teaching Strategies to Promote Deep Learning Among Preschool Education Students

Grounded in the constructivist perspectives on activity and learning, and integrated with the Depth of Knowledge (DOK) model, this study constructed and implemented a “Four-Phase Interconnected Teaching Model” aimed at fostering deep learning among preschool education students. The model’s structure comprises four phases: 1) Activating Experience and Assimilation of Theory, 2) Disciplinary Activities and Transfer Application, 3) Sharing, Communication, Evaluation, and Reflection, and 4) Refining Activities and Deepening Theoretical Understanding. Findings from its practical application indicate that this model demonstrates strong feasibility and effectiveness in enhancing deep learning. Students achieved higher cognitive levels in terms of knowledge understanding and transfer application. Furthermore, improvements were observed in their learning motivation, reflective capacity, ability to connect theory with practice, and interpersonal collaboration skills.

基于建构主义的活动观与学习观,结合知识深度模型(DOK),构建并实践了旨在促进幼师生深度学习的“四环联动教学模型”,其结构包括“调动经验、同化理论”“学科活动、迁移运用”“分享交流、评价反思”以及“完善活动、深化理论”四个环节。实践探索结果表明,该模型在提升幼师生深度学习方面具有较强的可行性与有效性,学生在知识理解、迁移运用等认知层面达到更高水平,同时在学习兴趣、反思能力、理论联系实际及人际协作等方面均有提升。
