民族法硕士专业建构视野下马克思主义宗教学课程教学内容完善的思考——以西北政法大学民族法硕士专业为例

The offering of the Marxist Religious Studies course in the Master’s Program in Ethnic Law is of multiple significances. In view of the problems existing in the Marxist Religious Studies course for the Master’s Program in Ethnic Law at Northwest University of Political Science and Law, such as insufficient embodiment of curriculum-based ideological and political education, lack of targeted content, and the need for innovation in teaching methods. It is suggested that under the guidance of Marxist religious outlook, through the organic combination of humanity and practicality in the religious studies course, while imparting theories well, students should be guided to conduct independent thinking to form a positive feedback loop in the classroom. In this way, the collaborative education effect of religious studies and adjacent disciplines can be exerted to cultivate highquality compound legal talents.
民族法硕士专业开设马克思主义宗教学课程具有多重意义。针对西北政法大学民族法学硕士专业马克思主义宗教学课程思政体现不充分、内容针对性不足、课程教学方式有待创新等问题。建议以马克思主义宗教观为指引,通过宗教学课程中人文性与应用性的有机结合,讲好理论的同时,引导学生进行自主思考,形成课堂良性的反馈循环,以此发挥宗教学与相邻学科的协同育人效应,培养高质量复合型法律人才。
