최근 효과적인 프로젝트 관리를 위한 지식 체계는 최근 급격히 변하는 외부 환경 변화에 맞추어 빠르게 진화하고 있으며, 특히 지속가능성이 중요한 이슈로 부상하고 있다. 이에 따라 프로젝트 성공을 위해서는 전통적인 관리 역량뿐만 아니라 지속가능 역량의 확보가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 프로젝트 관리 체계의 핵심 지식영역 성숙도와 프로젝트 성과 간의 관계를 회귀분석을 통해 분석하고, 지속가능 역량의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 기획 관리와 인도 관리는프로젝트 성과에 가장 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지속가능 역량은 일부 지식영역과 성과 간의 관계를 조절하는 중요한 변수로 작용하였다. 이러한 결과는 프로젝트 관리의 전략적 가치뿐 아니라 지속가능한 성과 달성을 위한 통합적 접근의 필요성을 시사하며, 새로워진 프로젝트 관리 체계의 실무적 적용 가능성과 확장 가능성에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
The knowledge framework for effective project management has been rapidly evolving in response to the increasingly dynamic external environment, with sustainability emerging as a critical issue. Accordingly, achieving project success now requires not only traditional management capabilities but also the integration of sustainable competencies. This study examines the relationship between the maturity of core project management knowledge areas and project performance through regression analysis, and further investigates the moderating effect of sustainable competency. The analysis revealed that planning management and delivery management had the most significant impact on project performance, while sustainable competency played a moderating role in the relationship between certain knowledge areas and project outcomes. These findings underscore the strategic value of project management and highlight the necessity of an integrated approach to achieving sustainable performance. Furthermore, the results provide foundational insights for the practical application and potential expansion of the renewed project management framework.
