Research on Legal Governance of False Information on the Internet

网络虚假信息的法律治理研究

With the rapid development of digital technology, network false information has become a global public hazard that erodes social trust, affects public safety and stability, and hinders the modernization of digital governance. A single technology filter or industry self-discipline has been difficult to meet its large-scale and complex challenges, and the core position of legal governance has become increasingly prominent. Through analyzing the relevant concepts, characteristics and classifications of network false information, this study points out the harm and necessity of network false information governance. Then, it systematically analyzes the realistic difficulties in the legal governance of network false information in China, and on this basis, puts forward measures and optimization paths for the governance of network false information, so as to strive for the modernization and legalization of socialist network governance.

随着数字技术的飞速发展，网络虚假信息已成为侵蚀社会信任、影响公共安全与稳定、阻碍数字治理现代化的全球性公害。单一的技术过滤或行业自律已难以应对其规模化、复杂化的挑战，法律治理的核心地位日益凸显。本研究通过对网络虚假信息相关概念、特点、分类进行整理分析，指出网络虚假信息治理的危害和治理必要性。接着系统剖析我国当前网络虚假信息法律治理的现实困境，并在此基础上提出治理网络虚假信息的措施与优化路径，为实现社会主义网络治理现代化、法治化而努力。
