Research on Exploration and Teaching Design of Ideological and Political Elements in Sanda Courses in Public Physical Education of Colleges and Universities

With the deepening implementation of “curriculum-based ideological education” in higher education, physical education courses now serve dual purposes in the educational system: cultivating moral values and enhancing physical fitness. As a representative of traditional martial arts, sanda not only improves students 'physical fitness and combat skills but also embodies rich cultural and ideological values. This study examines the value connotations of traditional martial arts courses through sanda education, analyzing their ideological elements from perspectives such as patriotism, rule awareness, teamwork, willpower, and martial ethics cultivation. The research systematically explores these aspects through three dimensions: curriculum resources, structure, and student cognition. Based on this foundation, it proposes a four-level teaching design framework for ideological education in sanda courses, covering objectives, content, process, and evaluation. The study suggests that sanda courses should strengthen the integration of ideological elements while maintaining physical education fundamentals, thereby enhancing students' cultural confidence, rule awareness, and social responsibility. This provides practical pathways and theoretical references for advancing ideological education in university physical education curricula.

随着高校“课程思政”的深入推进,体育课程在育人体系中承担着培根铸魂与强身健体的双重任务。散打作为传统武术的重要代表,不仅提升学生身体素质和技击能力,还蕴含丰富的文化与思政价值。本文以散打课程为研究对象,分析传统武术课程的价值内涵,从爱国主义、规则意识、团队协作、意志品质和武德修养等方面解析其思政元素,并基于课程资源、结构与学生认知三个维度进行系统挖掘。在此基础上,从目标、内容、过程和评价四个层面提出散打课程的思政教学设计路径。研究认为,散打课程应在体育育人的基础上强化思政元素的嵌入,以增强学生的文化自信、规则意识和社会责任感,并为高校体育课程思政建设提供实践路径与理论参考。
