An Analysis of the Logic of Shaping the CPC’s Political Authority from the Perspective of System and Life

The analytical paradigm of “system and life” reveals the symbiotic relationship between policy setting and life field, and it fits with the logic of “legal-identity” shaped by the authority of the Communist Party of China, and becomes an analytical framework for dialectically understanding its authority construction. From the point of view of synchrony, the political authority of the Communist Party of China (CPC) always operates effectively around the three themes of “ideological game, the construction of the Party construction project, and the choice of China’s road”, competing for the legitimate resources of its own existence and development. “制度与生活”分析范式揭示了政策设定与生活领域的共生关系，与中国共产党权威塑造的“合法—认同”逻辑契合，成为辩证理解其权威建构的分析框架。中国共产党政治权威的塑造，始终围绕着“意识形态博弈、党建工程构筑、中国道路选择”三大主题有效运转，争夺自身存在和发展的合法性资源。每一重行动逻辑在历时性变迁中实现党、国家宏观策略与生活世界的理性沟通，依托中国革命、建设、改革和新时代国家治理不同阶段的时代任务与民众需求，行塑以“人民史观”为基调的马克思主义主导权、“全心全意为人民服务”的先进型政党、“人民当家作主”的社会主义政权治理模态。这种扎根民众生活的实践逻辑渐进促进党权威统筹与社会回应的互动，以一种利益互通、动态协商与因果调适的规则取向赢得民众的高度信任，实现政党权威的生产与再生产。
