As a precious spiritual asset of the Chinese nation, the spirit of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea embodies profound theoretical depth and practical value. It holds significant educational significance for the Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History course (“Outline” course) in higher education institutions to fulfill its fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent. This spirit is instrumental in fostering firm political stances among university students and promoting the development of their capabilities. Integrating the spirit of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea into the “Outline” curriculum requires implementation through multiple pathways, including strengthening faculty development, optimizing classroom teaching design, expanding practical teaching components, and integrating online platform resources. These efforts are crucial to fully leverage the educational function of the “Outline” course and cultivate a new generation capable of undertaking the mission of national rejuvenation.
