梁漱溟生命哲学对大学生生命安全与健康教育的启示

The Inspiration of Liang Shuming’s Philosophy of Life for University Students’ Life Safety and Health Education

With the rapid development of science, technology, and information systems, some universities remain mired in instrumental rationality, neglecting the cultivation of students’ value rationality. On social media, clashing values collide fiercely, and undergraduates-lacking a firm axiological foundation-easily drift into ideological conflict and existential distress, a condition that can escalate into threats to life safety and physical-mental health. Hence, safety and health education for university students is imperative. Yet current programmes are trapped in “fragmented knowledge, body–mind imbalance, and marginalised affectivity”. Drawing on Liang Shuming’s philosophy of life, this paper proposes three remedies: integrate the curriculum through the “wholeness of life”, reconstruct a health outlook grounded in “mind governing body”, and remoralise education by “taking affectivity as the source”. The goal is to help students construct meaning, harmonise body and mind, and activate morality, so that education truly “reaches life”.

随着科学技术与信息技术的迅猛发展,部分高校仍深陷工具理性的泥沼,疏于对学生价值理性的培育。社交媒体里多元价值激烈碰撞,大学生因价值根基薄弱,极易陷入思想冲突与生命困顿,甚至可能引发一系列危及生命安全与身心健康的问题。由此观之,对大学生进行安全与健康教育意义重大。但是,当前高校生命安全与健康教育普遍存在“知识碎片化、心身失衡化、情志边缘化”的困境。基于梁漱溟生命哲学,本文提出以“生命整体性”统整课程、以“心统身”重建健康观、以“情志为源”重塑德育的启示,旨在帮助大学生建构生命意义、调和心身、激活道德,使教育真正“抵达生命”。
