高校思政课教师教学素养指标体系构建——基于Nvivo 的编码分析

The primary responsibility of ideological and political education instructors is to deliver effective courses. This study focuses on the essential teaching competencies required for delivering such courses. Using qualitative analysis tools like NVivo, we conducted coding analysis on 29 policy documents and 8 academic journal articles titled “Teaching Competencies of Ideological and Political Education Instructors in Higher Education Institutions”. We established a comprehensive teaching competency index system comprising six dimensions (political literacy, theoretical literacy, instructional competence, educational cultivation, innovative literacy, and professional competence) with 18 specific elements. The research proposes three key initiatives: constructing a “trinity” professional development framework for educators, creating an “integrated virtual-physical” teaching innovation platform, and establishing a “multi-stakeholder collaborative” evaluation mechanism to enhance teaching competencies in higher education ideological and political courses.

思政课教师的首要岗位职责是讲好思政课,本研究围绕讲好思政课的所需的教学素养,采用质性分析工具Nvivo,对29 份政策类文本、8 份“高校思政课教师教学素养”为主题的学术期刊论文进行编码分析,建构了由政治素养、理论素养、教学能力、育人素养、创新素养、职业素养6 板块18 个具体要素构成的高校思政课教师教学素养指标体系,并提出构建“三位一体”的思政课教师专业发展体系、打造“虚实结合”的思政课教学创新平台、建立“多元协同”的思政课教师评价机制,以提高高校思政课教师的教学素养。
