초등 영재 표준 공통소양 영역 교육과정 개발

Development of the Standardized Common Competency Curriculum for Elementary Gifted Students

이 연구는 초등 영재교육에서 표준화된 공통소양 영역 교육과정을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석과 델파이 조사를 활용하여 공통소양 영역의 핵심역량과 성취기준을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 문제해결력, 창의적 사고력, 비판적 사고력, 의사소통 능력, 협력적 소통 능력, 윤리적 책임감 등의 핵심 역량이 추출되었다. 또한 학년별 교육과정의 연계성과 일관성을유지하면서도 학습 내용의 중복을 최소화할 수 있도록공통소양 영역의 내용 체계 및 내용 요소를 설계하여연구 윤리, 디지털 소양과 인문학적 소양, 전 지구적 문제, 진로의 4가지 내용 요소를 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구체적인 학년별 성취기준을 제시하여 영재교육기관의 연관 교육과정 운영에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있도록했다. 이 연구에서 개발한 공통소양 영역 교육과정이초등 영재교육기관에서 지도 방향을 설정하는 데 유용한 자료로 활용되어 영재교육의 질적 향상과 교육과정운영의 체계화에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

This study aims to develop a standardized curriculum for common competencies in elementary gifted education. To achieve this, literature analysis and a Delphi survey were employed to derive the core competencies and achievement standards for the common competency area. The results identified key competencies such as problem-solving skills, creative thinking, critical thinking, communication skills, collaborative communication skills, and ethical responsibility. Furthermore, a content framework and content elements for the common competency area were designed to minimize redundancy in learning content while maintaining coherence and consistency across grade-level curricula. This framework presents four content elements: research ethics, digital literacy and humanities literacy, global issues, and career paths. Based on this, specific grade-level achievement standards were proposed to be practically utilized in the operation of related curricula in gifted education institutions. The developed common competency curriculum is expected to serve as a useful resource for setting guidance in elementary gifted education institutions, contributing to the qualitative improvement of gifted education and the systematic operation of the curriculum.
