간호대학생의 인공지능인식, 인공지능 리터러시 및 간호정보활용역량 간의 관계분석

Analysis of the Relationship between AI Perceptions, AI Literacy, and Nursing Information Literacy Competence of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 인공지능인식, 인공지능 리터러시 및 간호정보활용역량 간의 관계를확인하고 간호정보활용역량에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관 조사 연구이다. 본 연구는 연구의목적을 이해하고 자발적 참여에 동의한 간호대학생 227명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 자료를수집하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 간호정보활용역량은 인공지능인식(r=.517, p<.001)과 정적상관관계, 인공지능 리터러시(r=.624, p<.001)와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 간호정보활용역량에 영향을 미치는 주요요인은 인공지능 리터러시(β=.491, p<.001), 인공지능인식(β=.297, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=.146, p=.003)로 나타났으며, 회귀모형 설명력은 47.3%였다. 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 간호정보활용역량을향상 시킬 수 있는 인공지능 활용 교육과 인공지능에 대한 올바른 인식을 갖출 수 있고, 인공지능 리터러시역량을 향상 시킬 수 있는 체계적인 교육프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

This descriptive correlational study aimed to examine the relationships among nursing students’ perceptions of artificial intelligence(AI), AI literacy, and nursing information literacy competence, and to identify factors influencing nursing information literacy competence. This study collected structured data from 227 nursing students who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. The results of the study showed that nursing information literacy competence of nursing students was positively correlated with AI perceptions (r=.517, p<.001) and AI literacy(r=.624, p<.001). The main factors affecting nursing information literacy competence were AI literacy (β=.491,p<.001), AI perceptions (β=.297, p<.001), and major satisfaction (β=.146, p=.003), and the explanatory power of the regression model was 47.3%. In conclusion, there is a need for artificial intelligence-based education that can improve the nursing information literacy competence of nursing students. It is confirmed that there is a need to develop a systematic education program that can provide a correct understanding of AI perceptions and enhance AI literacy.
