정원치유 전문가 양성을 위한 핵심역량 도출 및 교육 모델 연구

Research on Core Competencies and Educational Models for Training Garden Healing Specialists

본 연구는 정원치유 전문가가 갖춰야 할 핵심 역량을 분석 연구함에 있어 다학제적으로 효과적인 교육 모델을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 정원, 식물, 원예, 조경에 대한 기초 지식과 기술뿐만 아니라, 상담 능력, 프로그램 기획력, 윤리 의식, 소통 능력 등을 융합적 역량을 포괄하며, 이를 바탕으로 실제 현장 적용이 가능한 교육과정 및 교육 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 최근 10년간 문헌 분석, 국내 정원치유와 관련 된 유사 학과의 교육 모델을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 교과목을 구성할 때 이론적 기반, 실무적 적용, 그리고 인재 양성이라는 세 가지 중요한 축을 중심으로 한 직무 분석 접근 방법, KSAO 방법을 구안하였다. 정원치유 전문가의 역할과 윤리, 정원치유 실무 역량 강화, 정원치유 현장 실습 및 인턴십 등 정원치유 전문가 양성을 위한 전체적인 교육 목표와 직결되는 교과목 구성의 큰 틀을 잡고 체계적인 교육 기반 마련에 기여하고자 한다.

This study aims to derive an effective interdisciplinary educational model for analyzing the core competencies that garden therapy professionals must possess. It encompasses not only basic knowledge and skills related to gardens, plants, horticulture, and landscaping but also integrates competencies such as counseling ability, program planning, ethical awareness, and communication skills. Based on this, the study seeks to present an educational curriculum and model that can be applied in real-world settings. This study conducted a literature analysis over the past 10 years and compared the educational models of similar departments related to garden healing in South Korea. Additionally, when structuring the curriculum, a job analysis approach centered on three important pillars—theoretical foundation, practical application, and talent development— was devised using the KSAO method. The aim is to establish a broad framework for the curriculum directly related to overall educational goals for cultivating garden healing professionals, which include roles and ethics of garden healing experts, strengthening practical competencies in garden healing, and practical field experiences and internships in garden healing.
