With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, the application of AI-based interpretation has grown significantly. This study investigates iFlytek Simultaneous Interpretation (讯飞同传) and conducts an experimental analysis of Chinese-Korean AI interpretation errors to identify potential risk factors. The analysis reveals critical issues, including semantic processing of spoken language, handling of proper nouns and hyper-personalization, hallucination, inadequate transmission of formal meaning in literary texts, and challenges in processing Chinese homophones. These findings indicate that safe deployment of AI interpretation requires active human intervention, highlighting the role of human interpreters as expert monitors to ensure reliability and accuracy.
