예비교사를 위한 인공지능 융합교육 프로그램 개발 연구

A Study on the Development of an AI Convergence Education Program for Pre-service Teachers

연구목적: 본 연구는 예비교사의 인공지능(AI) 교육 역량 강화를 위한 AI 융합교육 프로그램 개발에 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 프로그램 개발연구 절차에 따라 문헌 및 사례분석, 학습자 분석, 요구도와 동기 요인분석을 실시했다. 이후 교육공학 및 현장 전문가 7인의 초점집단면담(FGI)과내용 타당도 비율(CVR) 검증으로 프로그램의 타당도를 확보했다. 연구결과: 문헌 및 사례분석, 학습자분석, 요구도, 동기 요인분석을 바탕으로 총 15차시(사전 3, 본 11, 사후 1차시)의 AI 융합교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 AI 기초 이론, 데이터 분석, 현직 교사 사례 공유, 팀 기반 수업설계및발표, 성찰 활동 등을포함한다. 전문가 검토를 거쳐 최종 수정·보완되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 예비교사에게 AI 융합교육의 이론과 실제를 통합적으로 경험하게하여 의의가 있다. 향후 개발 프로그램의 효과성검증을위한실증 연구및전공별맞춤형심화프로그램 개발이 필요함을 제언한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop an AI Convergence Education program to the AI educational competencies of pre-service teachers. Method: For this, data collected through questionnaires, reflection journals, and interviews were qualitatively analyzed. Results: The results showed a significant improvement in the pre-service teachers' AI teaching competencies, particularly in designing and implementing lessons using AI tools. The average score increased from 3.41 in the pre-test to 4.59 in the post-test, confirming the effectiveness of the program in enhancing pre-service teachers’ capabilities. Conclusion: There is also a need to enhance the focus on hands-on learning related to AI ethics, data protection, and machine learning to better equip teachers with the ability to effectively implement AI education in classrooms. By addressing these areas, the AI Convergence Education program can continue to improve the AI convergence teaching competencies of pre-service teachers and contribute to the successful implementation of AI-integrated education in schools.
